Chris Young is cleared of all charges after being arrested at a Nashville bar … after security footage showed the singer being shoved by a police officer

Chris Young has been cleared of all charges following his arrest at a Nashville bar on Monday after being charged with an alleged alcohol-fueled confrontation.

The country star, 38, was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, assaulting an officer and resisting arrest after she allegedly «slammed» an officer.

But a statement from Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk was released Friday — just a day after security footage showed Young being shoved by an officer before being arrested, contradicting the officer’s version of events.

According to People, Funk said, «Regarding the Chris Young incident – After reviewing all of the evidence in this case, the District Attorney’s Office has determined that these charges will be dismissed.»

The singer’s attorney, Bill Ramsey, also released a statement saying, “Mr. Young and I are pleased with the prosecutor’s decision to clear him of the charges and any wrongdoing.”

Chris Young, 38, has been acquitted of all charges following his arrest Monday at a Nashville bar after being accused of an alcohol-fueled confrontation.

The country star was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, assault on an officer and resisting arrest after she allegedly «slammed» an officer.

Chris, who was cleared of all charges, comes shortly after security footage showed him aggressively shoved by an officer during an altercation at a Nashville bar that saw him arrested – apparently contradicting the policeman’s version of events.

The country star is stabbed so hard by the special agent that he falls backwards over a bar stool at the DawgHouse lounge in the video, which is shown from three angles.

Law enforcement said four Alcoholic Beverage Commission agents were checking another bar, the Tin Roof, when they first encountered the singer, who then followed them into the DawgHouse before assaulting one of them.

But surveillance video appears to tell a different story, prompting Young’s attorney, Bill Ramsey, to demand an apology and the charges be dropped.
