Clip Caitlin Clark sends fans into a frenzy as she pulls THREE players out of position for Kelsey Mitchell to score three points as Fever beat Mystics

The clip sent fans into a frenzy after Caitlin Clark appeared to pull three defenders into zone coverage in the win over the Washington Mystics.

The game was played at the end of the game with the contest tied at 77-75.

Clark took the bait in the paint before rebounding behind the arc to create some separation.

In the process, she pulled three players — Aaliyah Edwards, Ariel Atkins and Karlie Samuelson — out of their defensive positions.

Clark then directed her teammate to pass to a wide-open Kelsey Mitchell — who buried a 3-pointer to extend the lead to five.

Fans were stunned by the sequence, with many praising Clark — who had a stellar 30-point performance Friday night.

“Put her in the role of Steph (Curry) instead of being the primary facilitator/initiator and watch things change. It shouldn’t have taken me this long to figure it out,” one person tweeted.

Another said: «No, it was crazy, everyone was after her.»

A third wrote: “That’s what I was trying to say, Clark realizes she will always be double or even triple guarded. Why not use it to the advantage of the teams and help players open up!’

Clark’s 30 points led all scorers as the Fever beat the Mystics 85-83 in a tight game.

While Clark dominated the scoreboard with those points as well as eight rebounds, six assists and four steals, she also coughed up a costly eight turnovers that kept the game tight.
