It comes after Osher Günsberg confirmed in May that Channel 10’s The Bachelor Australia and its various franchises have no plans to return to screens anytime soon.

The TV presenter, 50, revealed he plans to spend more time with his family now that production will be winding down.

«I will tell you that I didn’t cancel our trip to Fiji, which is in the middle of the filming window that we normally have (for The Bachelors),» Hughesy told 2DAY FM’s Ed & Erin.

«It’s show business, not friends from the show … The Bachelor and The Masked Singer in Australia are not coming back to the network they were on this year,» he later told his Better Than Yesterday podcast.
