A young Australian woman, whom her father set up in a pub, is now engaged to this man.

Alice James, a columnist from Melbourne, was drinking a pint of beer when her dad Darren distracted her with ‘total sex’ sitting at the bar.

«Obviously I spotted this amazing gent with his partner in the bar as soon as we walked in. Dad said ‘leave it with me’ and then jumped out of his seat,» Alice, 32, previously told FEMAIL.

Now, nearly two years on, her partner Michael has popped the question – making thousands of their social media followers the envy of their real-life love story.

The then 30-year-old said she and her dad had been talking trash after a night out before he spotted Michael sitting in a bar with a friend.
