INSIDE Manchester United’s FA Cup celebrations: Wembley hero Mainoo calls ‘GOAT Amadinho’, Garnacho and Martinez hang an Argentinian flag on the trophy and Victor Lindelof kicks a Carling can!

Manchester United’s players celebrated their FA Cup triumph in style in their dressing room at Wembley after stunning rivals Man City.

Amad Diallo captured the jubilation after United’s 2-1 win in a live stream that showed striker Alejandro Garnach kissing his medal, an ecstatic Rasmus Hojlund and a group hug.

Meanwhile, Victor Lindelof kicked Carling’s can away while the injured Harry Maguire congratulated Jonny Evans.

Garnacho and Lisandro Martinez draped the FA Cup in the Argentinian flag as they posed for pictures after the teenage striker and Kobbie Mainoo made Erik ten Haga’s side famous.

Mainoo, who was wearing a bucket hat in United’s red, white and black colours, was heard shouting ‘Amadinho is the GOAT’ as the camera rolled.

As the celebrations got into full swing, the players danced to the classic Gala hit Freed from Desire.

Teenage darts sensation and United fan Luke Littler was even spotted watching Amad’s live stream as the players celebrated.

It is the 13th time United have won the FA Cup in their history and the win ensured a difficult season ended on a high note.

Although Jeremy Doku eventually rewarded City’s relentless second-half pressure with an 87th-minute goal, they were unable to force extra-time with a late equalizer as United held on.

It remains to be seen whether The Hag has done enough to save his job with United co-owners Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos set to decide his future.

Speaking to the BBC after his side won the FA Cup, he meanwhile accepted that his future was unclear before re-fighting his case ahead of Ratcliffe’s decision.

«I don’t know,» he said, asked if Saturday’s game was his last in charge at Old Trafford. “The only thing I do is prepare my team, develop my team.

«This is a project for me. When I walked in I could tell it was a mess. We are better now. We are not where we want to be.

«Football is about winning trophies. I want to play the best football, dynamic, attacking football, but in the end you have to win games and trophies. «That’s what we brought. This was our only opportunity and we did it.» I am very proud of the players and the staff.”

«Two trophies in two seasons and three finals,» he added. ‘That’s not bad. If they don’t want me anymore, I’ll go elsewhere and win trophies. That’s what I do.

“How many times… it’s the same question every time. I have to repeat myself 15, 20 times… they don’t have to tell me that every week, they tell me that often.’
