Inspeq AI raises INR 9.1 million to strengthen global AI safety and security

Inspeq AI, a responsible AI development platform provider, has announced the successful completion of its pre-Series A investment round, raising USD 1.1 million (approximately INR 9.13 million). The funding round was led by AI specialist investment firm Sure Valley Ventures with participation from Delta Partners, Plug and Play and several prominent angel investors including Gaurav Singh Kushwaha (Founder and CEO of BlueStone), Prateek Dixit (Founder of Pocket FM), Rick Kelly (Former MD of Meta Ireland), Cyril Treacy (former vice president of Salesforce) and other prominent tech executives.

Founded in 2023 by leading tech leaders Apoorva Kumar and Ramanujam Macharla Vijayakumar, Inspeq AI has developed an enterprise-ready LLM Ops platform to help developers evaluate and improve their enterprise AI applications. The platform promises to accelerate the development of Gen AI applications by up to 4x and reduce development costs by up to 70%.

Inspeq AI’s comprehensive AI Ops platform covers the full spectrum of AI development and production phases. It optimizes Gen AI deployments from testing and evaluation to monitoring and performance improvement, significantly reducing security vulnerabilities and hallucination issues by up to 80%. Notably, Inspeq AI achieved a groundbreaking 90% improvement in the performance of large language models (LLM), setting a new benchmark for AI excellence.

Recent incidents involving production-grade Gen AI applications have highlighted the challenges enterprises face in scaling AI. “Using Inspeq AI as an ops layer, businesses can overcome these barriers and ensure trust, security and ethical standards.
