REVEALED: What Prince Harry told honeymoon fan during surprise walk after Invictus Games event

Watch Prince Harry take a surprise walk around the Invictus Games event to prank a fan on their honeymoon.

The Duke of Sussex left St Paul’s Cathedral after an event to celebrate ten years of the charity to greet members of the public before being escorted to his car.

The crowd, who were very supportive of King Charles’ youngest son at his event, shouted «We love you Harry» as the smiling Royal is heard jovially responding to a woman who said she was on her honeymoon saying: «You didn’t want to» «Not get married at St Paul’s?»

Inside the event, he was greeted by members of his late mother’s family and was seen on camera giving them both a warm hug, however no other members of the royal family attended the ceremony due to a «busy schedule».

The late Princess of Wales’ younger brother Earl Spencer and older sister Lady Jane Fellowes walked into St Paul’s side by side before chatting to their nephew, now based in the US.

However, his wife Meghan Markle is understood to have decided not to join her husband in the UK due to fears of a poor reception.

Invited to attend a service in central London, King Charles held the first garden party of the season at Buckingham Palace.

The monarch was joined by Queen Camilla, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester at the first of the summer festivities.

The only senior royals missing were the Prince and Princess of Wales. William presented the awards in Windsor while Kate is still undergoing cancer treatment.

Despite well-documented tensions with the Windsors, Prince Harry has remained close to his mother’s family over the years – especially Lady Jane.

Lady Jane, the middle of three sisters, four years Diana’s senior, had long been seen as a confidant and constant influence in his life.

In his bombshell memoir, Spare expressed «extraordinary thanks» to Lady Jane, her older sister Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Earl Spencer, but made no mention of the late Queen, King Charles or his brother.

So it’s no surprise that two of the siblings turned up at yesterday’s ceremony to support Diana’s youngest child.

Like his aunt and uncle, Harry was surrounded by a number of dignitaries, politicians and close friends.

His lawyer David Sherbourne was in attendance, while ex-army officer Mark Dyer – who helped mentor Harry in particular following the death of his mother – was also in the crowd.

Prince Harry is expected to fly back to the US today.
