Simone Callahan is 54! Shane Warne’s ex-wife rings in her birthday as her kids share never-before-seen throwback photos of WAG

She recently admitted that she is still struggling to come to terms with the loss of her ex-husband Shane Warne following his death at the age of 52.

But Simone Callahan finally had a reason to smile Wednesday as she celebrated her 54th birthday surrounded by friends and family.

To mark the yoga instructor’s special day, her children took to Instagram with never-before-seen photos of the WAG, including one of Simone and Shane at the start of their relationship.

Brooke, 26, kicked off the tributes by sharing a throwback photo of herself posing alongside Simone in matching hoodies.

Shane Warne’s ex-wife Simone Callahan (pictured) celebrated her 54th birthday on Tuesday.

She also shared a photo of herself and brother Jackson, 24, beaming with their mother on the beach, as well as a shot of a very young-looking Simone and Shane posing for what appeared to be a romantic photoshoot.

‘Happy Birthday Mummy doi doi!!! My rock, my best friend! Your day. Happy birthday,” Brooke captioned the sweet photo gallery.

Commenting on the post, Simone replied: ‘Thank you my #1 I love you more than you will ever know.’

‘Happy birthday mom. I love you xx,” wrote the blonde.

A day later, Jackson shared a belated tribute to his mother by uploading a photo of the pair attending a live sporting event at Optus Stadium.

She also shared a photo of herself and brother Jackson, 24, beaming on the beach with their mother

Brooke also shared this picture of a very young looking Simone and Shane posing for what appeared to be a romantic photo shoot.

«Happy birthday yesterday,» the SAS Australia star wrote.

It comes as Simone prepares to release her new memoir Growing With Grace, a wellness book that explores her journey to becoming a yoga instructor.

The novel is available for pre-order and will be published in April 2024.

Shane and Simone tied the knot in 1999 and were married for six years before divorcing in 2005.

Shane sadly died of a heart attack on 4th March 2022 while on holiday in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Thai police said he was staying in a villa with four friends, and when one of the group tried to wake Shane for a meal at around 5pm local time, he was found unresponsive.

Shane’s manager separately confirmed his death and said the father-of-three could not be revived.

He is considered one of the greatest cricketers in history after taking 708 Test wickets at 25.41 in 145 matches between 1992 and 2007.

Shane and Simone tied the knot in 1999 and were married for six years before divorcing in 2005.
